Our Story
Originally a Customer Experience platform, Zipline (or formally known as RateIt) was born in 2017 and focussed on enhancing retail experiences.
During 2020, we worked with our valued healthcare customers to build Zipline to help manage the unique and complex compliance challenges. We saw the stress and challenges faced, the additional hours spent by staff to manage it, the fragmentation of the available solutions. We wanted to make this easier for teams to manage.
Now, Zipline exists to serve healthcare’s needs through frontline compliance, visitor management, and enhance patient and resident experiences.
